From private rooftop dinners to large-scale productions and corporate events, every menu is built with intention, flavor, and presentation in mind.

We cold-ferment our dough, source quality ingredients, and serve everything hot and fresh on-site so your guests feel like they’re at their favorite restaurant — wherever the event is hosted.
